Transferring Email To 2nd Computer

Want to start receiving mails on a lap top but when trying to use existing email I’m getting ask for password but can’t remember it.   Any way of resetting password

What email programme is it?

 

I presume it auto signs in on the primary computer

Usually you can email the email provider, then you'll be faced with the security questions you set up when you opened the account with them.  Alternately, many ask for an emergency contact (phone or other email) should you lose the password, and that helps in this situation.

Its an iCloud account

As an Android user ,Apple is a mystery to me.

 

If I was you though ,put a call in to the Apple Store at Meadowhall they should certainly have the answer

My ex was an Apple devotee and she went in-store to sort out her account when she got her new phone the original password lost in the mists of time

The reported post relates to that from a Mumbai based tech support scammer which has now been removed from this thread.
