You did well getting shut for a profit.

But very short sighted considering he was theirs in the first place and had to spend 18.5M to bring him back.

Arsenal fans are underwhelmed before hes even played a game!

The big boys come along and poach all of our top young talent, in order to meet the home grown quota rules.

Therefore I think we are right to give a bit back. If Arsenal want Ramsdale, then they need to cough up a premium for him, it is as simple as that.

I think they all just hope that we will roll over and part with all of the higher end acquisitions instantly to balance the books.

But.......we don't need to!

You’ve rolled over and sold one of your higher end acquisitions for a £1.9m profit that reportedly the manager won’t see.

But……………you obviously do need to 😂

If a championship club gets offered up to £30 mil for a goalie, they sell . It’s the way of the world.

Funny how you change your tune isn't it. Last week Ramsdale wasn't anywhere near good enough and that was why we apparently, hadn't received any firm interest for him.

We didn't have to sell Ramsdale and had rejected 3 bids prior to allowing him to talk. Let's not forget that it was the player who had his head turned and asked specifically to talk to Arsenal. If he wants to leave, them it is difficult to stop that against a team of Arsenal's stature....if anything you take your hat off to the team for ensuring that a profit was still achieved, post his former teams cut.

Can we have some firm proof of the fact that no money will be made available to Jokanovic? You are constantly making these unfounded claims, based solely on personal opinion.

They're not unfounded claims.

Lets see what happens between now and the end of the month.

How do you work that out? It went wrong when the first ball was kicked last year in the Premier league! Massive voids that we didn't address, whilst it may nor be Wilder's fault 100 directly.....he was in the hotseat.

Never once did we address the loss of JOC, instead going for make shift defenders and no settled back three.

Lundstram's heart wasn't in it and he played at 50% every game, but yet Wilder still gave him a shirt?

He has to shoulder some blame! The board were apparently reluctant to give him money to improve, due to the failings of big money signings like McBurnie and Brewster according to HRH himself.

Wilder gave everything for this club and his achievements were up there with the best. He recruited players with a point to prove and had them playing out of their skin, ultimately dragging us from very low times, right up to the top.

But we can't sit here lying to ourselves, saying that we are where we are now due to sacking Wilder. The decline had begun a long time before Wilder departed the club.

We now have to accept that our average joe / come heroes, have a lifespan......we need fresh blood, we need to look at alternate style and formations, we need to put right our wrongs, we need work.......

Slav has the right CV and footballing philosophy to be very effective and to restore good times.....but the ball is very much in HRH's court at the minute. He has publicly backed Slav's request for a minimum 4 players coming into the club, he has to deliver on this promise.

Can't argue with any of that regarding Wilder. There was problems with the squad long before he left, I don't think him staying would of made any difference for you.

I don't think jokanovicbis the kind of manager that would be happy if promises are broken over player recruitment so it will be interesting to see what happens before the window closes.

Footballs not your strong point, you owe Bournemouth 15% of the deal and the £6m is dependent on him becoming first choice for Arsenal, I think that moneys safe.
