I sorted some food out using JE as there did appear to be an element of urgency at some level. @HeHasRisen I don't tend to use takeaway delivery services for myself. I don't know much about them. There was a charge for the food, and for delivery which is ok. Why there was an additional service charge just makes me feel they are taking the ***s. Its essentially the charge for using the platform. Where possible its always best to ring the retailer direct and order however this wouldnt really have worked in your case as very few have the ability to take card payments over the phone. A few do have their own website....Vujon Spice on City Rd actually knock you money off if you go through their website rather than using Just Eat, as an example.
