Baking Bread But Need An Old Caserole Dish.

Recommended Posts

I began baking bread a couple of weeks ago. The recipe was for sourdough, but the 'starter' was no where near as efficient as yeast is.

However, I'm still using an old ceramic caserole dish to bake my  bread. The 500g flour recipe makes two loafs,  but that is two bakes of an hour each loaf.

I want to obtain a larger caserole dish, so I can do just one bake of a loaf twice the size. If anyone has an old ceramic caserole dish that has an internal diameter of 25cm or more, I'm interested please.

Thank you.
