Jeffrey Shaw   90 #2 Posted June 23, 2021 Not really, unless you mean between an ordinary owner(O) and a new-house developer (D); some developers will buy-in O's old house in part-exchange.  The problem is that, other than EA fees, there's no saving- esp. not on SDLT.
