Jeffrey Shaw   90 #1 Posted June 21, 2021 Comedy as it should be! Although he popped-up on SF some years ago, when appearing at local stand-up venues (see https://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/search/?q=wrigglesworth&quick=1), he's now a BBC Radio 4 regular. His idiosyncratic local style is very effective and highly recommended even for people not actually from/in Sheffield. You can catch his most recent series currently being repeated on Radio4Extra late every Monday night or, via BBC Sounds. https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b06qkp8n
 Share this content via...
horribleblob   213 #2 Posted June 21, 2021 I've been a radio listener to the gentle humour of Tom Wrigglesworth's 'Open Letters' and 'Hang Ups' for going on a decade (?) now. I love how his mum and dad still answer the phone with "Sheffield, 61977".
 Share this content via...
