Disposal Of Old Equipment

I have inherited a small collection of old equipment, base units, monitors, printers, odd cards and general IT bric-a-brac which I would like to dispose of responsibly. Anyone know a good place to do that?

I might be interested in some, depending what you have

I doubt aspire would take any, as they refurb and sell-on, so wont take anything too old / that they can't sell generally, but worth a shot!

While they do refurb and sell systems on, they also strip and recycle loads of electronic stuff plus if any of the monitors are CRT they'd be very interested.

 

Just been looking on their website by following the link in this thread, and found this:

Others are mentioned, but I cut them out.

 

An interesting website and organizaton.  I looked at it as I've an old CRT to get rid of, but it looks to be headed for the tip now.  I'll read further to see if very old tower units may be of interest (I've taken the HDD's out though to convert them to external HDD's though when I find the time).
