FIRETHORN1 58 #1 Posted June 7, 2021 Just wondered if anyone has ever cooked with or eaten a fish called Pomfret? It was being sold recently at one of the fish stalls in The Moor Market. I'd never even heard of it, let alone tried it, but it looked quite interesting and I'm curious about it. Any info or advice about it would be much appreciated. Most of the Pomfret recipes I've seen online seem to be for Thai and other Asian-style dishes...and the few people who were buying it in the market seemed to be Thai and Chinese people.
