To answer the original question; of cause money will be tighter for the Blades next season just like it will be for 90 odd percent of other clubs.

As i remember the Chairman did take a loan out to cover running expenses due to the shortfall in income because of Covid as did most other Prem clubs.

So are the Blades in financial trouble in the short term?    Absolutely not.

The loan was taken out in 2019 so unless your chairman has mystical powers it had zilch to do with Covid, he hasn't got a bean in football terms.

In your expert opinion Booker , as a blades supporter should I be worried about the clubs financial situation?

Which loan are we talking about?

United’s loans are like regrets. They’ve had a few.

The only regrets are from the people who loaned Wednesday money and didn't get paid.

Depends how much you get emotionally involved with the club. If you worry about how a chairman with very little personal wealth is going pay a mortgage, a loan and an approx £6.5m a month wage bill with reduced fan income will manage then yes.

Wow so brooker11 sorry top knows all about the blades wage bill but he is all puzzled when it comes to whether the S6 lot get paid or not ha ha!!!! So there you have it we should be worried because Brooker has studied all the facts (a first) and figures LOL

A quick look on Companies House and your published accounts is all it takes.

Why would I be puzzled why SWFC players haven't been paid, there's been no fans in the grounds for months, so its not surprise this has happened to some EFL teams, incidentally the players have always received they're basic wage its various add on payments that have been delayed, the money gets transferred from the owners personal bank in Thailand.

So can you have a stab at how your going to manage as those figures look difficult to balance even with 30k fans in every week?
