The key is knowing your own abilities and limits and only looking at job that are suitable rather than going for any job then expecting the employer to bend/amend the role when they have other candidates that could do the role as advertised. My employer loved my interview, my experience & skills and called me back in to ask what adaptations would be needed to the role, whilst making it clear that I hadn't got the job. They wanted to know if it would work for them vs hiring another candidate with the same skills but less experience. Thankfully they decided that my needs vs the reward to the business favoured the business and I was hired. Your attitude is extremely adverserial to everyone around you, including those that are employed to help you. You come across as unendingly bitter & essentially you're telling potential employers that your needs come first over the needs of the business & if they don't do as you wish then they're being discriminate, at least on the forum If that attitude is the same as your real life persona then I have no wonder as to why you've struggled to find employment Exactly !
 Share this content via...
