Findlay   116 #2 Posted May 16, 2021 Put your content on a Blogger blog to start with. It is free to create as many pages and topics as you wish. Don't bother with a custom domain or website until you have all your content ready and you know what you want to do with it. All web technologies have their pros and cons and by the time you have written all your content you will have an idea of how you want your website to work.
