Recommended Posts

Link - fresh from Google

Madness! OK it's peeing it down so going to an indoor shopping Centre would be preferable to Town but come on! :loopy:

The comments were more interesting than the 'story' - IMHO. And no, I won't be visiting, for a while, anyway.

The problem I had before previous lockdown with Meadowhall was even when busy, they were pinch points of congestion where social distancing could not maintained, nor staff to prevent it. I've been to town since and been a lot happier, apart from the weather!

Meh, Sunday to Tuesday is 2 days, even I'm not THAT pedantic :D

Also, the link in the OP was the top link on Google, so it kind of is fresh :D

Scary - but I agree with you. 🙂

'Slow news day' springs to mind.

Can you imagine if Meadowhall closed down! So many people wouldn't have anything else to do.

Indeed, fortunately that's unlikely to ever happen, especially given the lack of parking in Town, and the Council's general hatred of cars in Town.

There's probably never been more parking in town.
