Wednesday Players Don't Get Their Wages Again.

Chansiri - 'man of honour'.

This is the guy who has ripped off fans with ticket prices and club shop prices,

Same guy that makes up fictitious companies so as to 'negotiate' sponsorship revenue.

The same Chansiri who was deliberately late with submitting the accounts and put the sale of the ground into the incorrect year.

The same 'man of honour' whose actions and decisions have led to a 6 point deduction. This deduction now leaves the club periliously close to league one.

Some man of honour.

Firstly what ever you say about the guy he is a very successful businessman and worth a fortune. Like other rich men he has decided he wishes to have a little sideline and bought a UK football team and just like the rest made big noises about making it a premier league club with out ever understanding the business.

Unfortunately he is now beginning to understand that you can buy a UK football club quite cheaply but making money from it or building success are far harder and do not come cheap.

The simple fact is that if he wanted he could no doubt fund the shortfall the family is very rich and successful so one might hazard a guess that he has lost interest in SWFC and is working out how to get out without losing even more money and more important in the Thai culture face.

The real question is who would ant to buy the club because it is not the purchase price that is the issue it is the investment required - it certainly does not make economic sense

thanks for those comments,he tried and failed, you were so happy ,whenhe was buying all the top players, laughing at other teams, talking of the promised land, now he might just walk away, leaving us with someone whos got to re-build,but we need a new stadium or at least a upgrade,a training ground upgrade,a full set of players,or do we hope hes made mistakes, hope he will invest millions more, but the way we have insulted him.his family is a disgrace, short memorys many have,as above hes a proud man and could just feed us to the wolves, and dont forget he owns they stadium.

you all have short memorys,he paid out and signed some top players,if it was a free agent,he out bid the wages to get them,2 play offs, also i remember no big screen until he came along,a million on a new pitch and more, plus he paid off all our debts,if he has a mindset he could just walk away with the ownership of the ground, how do you think our wage bill got so high ,if he didnt buy or gain top players, just hope he doesnt say goodbye and just walk away, leaving us in limbo ,because some have decided to attack his family and his name, because he just might do.

His family and their name have been called a lot worse than any Wednesday fan could say.

They're not exactly squeaky clean where their other business interests are and paying wages hasn't been a strongpoint or priority.

There is absolutely no evidence that he has any success in business, his family own Thai Union Foods which he has a very small share in but thats about it.

I think if he has a $720 m fortune (Forbes) then it is safe to assume that he is a successful businessman

What? He didn’t pay off any debts. The club was debt free when he bought it.

Hmmm...

... I'm sure most people (with perhaps the exception of a few nut-jobs) would agree that any "attack" on his family is completely out of order, and no amount of pent up frustration with the club justifies any personal "attack" on family members.

But the bottom line is Wednesday are where they are because of a points deduction that was caused by the irresponsible actions of one man.

His family may well be highly respected as successful business people (although some independent historical reports may question the ethics behind that success) but he himself has so far shown none of that quality with regards to running SWFC.

Football fans do indeed have short memories and want instant success so they believed all the "promises" they were fed - they were prepared to put up with his foibles (gold elephants, seat graffitti, club badge etc) as he attempted to mark out his territory to signal his "ownership" - much like a cat may go around p****** on things when they feel threatened or stressed.

Well now the fans are the ones feeling stressed -  and the majority seem to have realised that maybe they shouldn't have believed all they were promised... :|

Try finding evidence of his successful businesses, I won't hold my breath. The figure you mention is also his families (estimated) net worth not his personally.
