Structural Engineer Recommendations

I have some cracks appearing in my house. 

 

My house insurer says it's not susidence and that the lintels on an extention may be failing.

 

Anbody got an idea who does this kind of work in Sheffield?

I used a guy called Gary Pagdin for my house extension, he's based in Dronfield.
