Mozilla Thunderbird Password

I uninstalled Mozilla Thunderbird email, and then reinstalled it. It asking for my password, which  I cannot remember. I cannot see anywhere on this page where it says " Forgotten Password ", so I cannot open Thunderbird.

Thank you for your reply. As I have stated, without the password I cannot open Thunderbird, so I cannot look at anything. The good news is that I have found the password in a file in Documents, and I can now open Thunderbird.
