butlers 224 #38 Posted April 21, 2021 The thing is there's been many recent cases where police have been caught killing people in very questionable circumstances. Only 2 hours after the Chauvin case they shot a 16 year old girl dead with 4 shots to the chest. Maybe the body cam will clear up what happened ,but what there is online already is a clip of officers at the scene while they body is still lying on the pavement shouting "BLUE LIVES MATTER" at people. " a dangerous precedent has been set" Well a dangerous precident has been set. Ab6262 is simply stating what they believe to be a fact and I agree. Does that mean I was desperate for a not guilty verdict? 4 minutes ago, butlers said: And I do wonder if the victim was white whether the case would have played out the same In what way? The rioting? The looting? The murders? I'm not sure what you mean.
 Share this content via...
butlers 224 #43 Posted April 21, 2021 (edited) As you said in your first post you had not been following the trail. There's a contradiction in your statement. I wasn't sat in the jury room either but it was a unanamous verdict. Even God bless the rabid Fox host Janine Pirro, former prosecutor and Judge thought it a fair appliance of justice Edited April 21, 2021 by butlers
 Share this content via...

butlers 224 #45 Posted April 21, 2021 I would argue the most dangerous precedent would be officers are above the law. And remember that officer was happy to do that in full view of the public, what if there was no film.He would nigh on certain been aquitted
 Share this content via...
