Yes, Rand Paul did vote against 9 or10 other states and Puerto Rico getting federal aid after hurricane/tornado/forest fire devastation, Makes me wonder if the man has any human morals-he's also a qualified medical doctor- perhaps he is suffering from ethical palsy ? Mitch McConnell is the most senior politician that represents Kentucky and i have yet to see him on US tv (I live in the US) talking about the weather related horrors.
