Joe Biden The New President Thoughts So Far?

Averaged at fivethirtyeight.com, the site you highlighted...

...if we're talking about IPSOS, then the number is 33% :?

As your link makes clear, well above Trump...

"As low as Biden's overall approval rating is, it remains higher than the lows of his predecessor, Donald Trump, whose approval rating bottomed out at 33% in December 2017."

Even if it does drop below that, it'd have to stay there for a long time to be lower than Trumps average across the entire term.

Oh dear... all you managed to do was to highlight your failure of comprehension... again! :D

Yesteday's polls don't matter. They won't even buy you a coffee! They can line your cat box!

Today

RealClearPolitics Average of all polls

                                     Fav.    Unfav.
Donald Trump    44.1    50.8    -6.7
Joe Biden              43.6    52.1    -8.5
Nancy Pelosi       34.2    57.0    -22.8
Kamala Harris    39.7    51.3    -11.6

Be afraid! Be very afraid!  :)

As before, average of polls is not Job Approval... a "pundit" is more popular than a "politician" SHOCKER! :hihi:

Always funny watching you having to remove some entries though... where's McConnell ?

I think you've cornered the market on being a scaredy-cat! Given your posts you appear to be petrified of everything! :hihi:

Lol

You long since cornered the market on muddled desperate dissembling.

But I do enjoy your posts. Reminds me of why the West is in such bad shape!

I left a few off for brevity.

McConnell is way down there where he should be!

Another one well past his "best before date" :)

No-one fell for your misleading, muddled guff.

Better luck next time.

Shame it didn't remind you of your massively selective amnesia

I often think that a political leader can be defined more by what they don’t say than by what they they do say.

A leader is someone who leads, not follows.

From the article:

"The plan is to put Biden on the road....."

"Biden also recently erupted over being kept out of the loop...."

"Members of Biden’s inner circle, including first lady Jill Biden and the president’s sister, Valerie Biden Owens, have complained that West Wing staff has managed Biden with kid gloves, not putting him on the road more or allowing him to flash more of his genuine, relatable, albeit gaffe-prone self. One person close to the president pushed for more “let Biden be Biden” moments, with the president himself complaining he does not get to interact enough with voters".

"For nearly a month, Biden and his inner circle have agonized over whether to make a trip to Saudi Arabia, a nation the president deemed a “pariah” after its crown prince, Mohammed bin Salman, ordered the murder and dismemberment of Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi. Biden, for a time, angrily rejected meeting with the crown prince, arguing the presidency “should stand for something,” according to two people with knowledge of his thinking.

But he has recently relented, recognizing a need to push Riyadh for more oil production. Still, the dates for the trip remain fluid, leaving some aides to wonder if the president will change his mind again"

Leaders are made of sterner stuff!

There's this odd disconnect between the MSM coverage of the Biden Presidency and reality.

His job approval ratings are in free fall.

Today: RealClear Average of all polls:

Biden

Approve - 39.8%

Unfavorable - 55.9

But with all the "crises" facing America, with Joe in his second year, nobody in the MSM is laying any blame on Joe.

Illegal Immigration, skyrocketing Inflation, Stock Market down, Trade Balance record deficits, War in Europe, record low consumer confidence, record violent crime, 1,000,000 plus COVID deaths:

There's not one negative article on Joe in the:

Wall Street Journal

USA Today

CNN

Guardian

Washington Post

BBC

NPR

CBC

And hasn't been since I don't know when.

That's odd given a so-called Free Press proud of "holding politicians feet to the fire"

Odd indeed. I'd even say unprecedented!

Hmmm... didn't you link to an article recently, explaining how the current crises really aren't Bidens fault and are largely beyond his control...

...yes, yes you did!

What was it again, oh yeah... the pandemic and Republican intransigence largely to blame :?

record violent crime

Where?

https://www.thirdway.org/report/the-red-state-murder-problem

In 2020, per capita murder rates were 40% higher in states won by Donald Trump than those won by Joe Biden.

8 of the 10 states with the highest murder rates in 2020 voted for the Republican presidential nominee in every election this century.

1,000,000 plus COVID deaths

Where?

Pro-Trump counties continue to suffer far higher COVID death tolls:

...can't think why, and clearly, neither can you!

:?

Pearl clutching at it's finest! :hihi:

The majority of folks who actually live in America don't appear to share your views.

Can you guess who they blame?

(and they actually get to vote!)

Lol

Perhaps, but it does explain why the media isn't doing your pearl clutching act :?

They don't appear to be significantly more displeased with Biden, amongst these many crises, than they were with Trump throughout his entire term and so called "booming economy"... weird that!

As is always the case, the buck stops at the top.

A concept alien to Trump and his cheerleaders... both during his term, and after! :?
