Joe Biden The New President Thoughts So Far?

He's not going to get very far is he. From here:

Quote

Alex Jones, the founder of the right-wing media group Infowars, has indicated that he will plead the fifth, and he called himself a “controversial American journalist” in a lawsuit against the House Select Committee investigating the Capitol riot on 6 January.

Mr Jones is trying to block subpoenas against him and AT&T for his phone records. In the lawsuit, he says he’s seeking a “declaratory judgment” saying that the House panel is “not a lawfully constituted committee” and that its “actions to date have been wholly without legal authority”.

The committee had asked Mr Jones to turn over all his communications with then-President Donald Trump between 19 December 2020 and 31 January 2021.

He's going to have trouble convincing a court he's a “controversial American journalist” because his lawyer in his divorce case argued in court that he is "a performance artist" who plays the character of his online persona.

His record isnt that bad. Apart from the school shooting daft stuff.

It's just a game. There's plenty of video evidence of him trying to stop people going into the building because it was a set up. He's right about that as well.

I guess we'll have to the results of the subpoena of his phone records to see how much his involvement in the attack on the Capitol was "just a game".

He didn't though. There used to be lots of videos of him trying to stop people entering the building. They've all been deleted now by youtube etc but he'll have a copy. He new it was a set up and warned people. He didn't go in the building. Or even on the grounds.

Life is so complicated for dear old joe, bless him.

Forget Afghanistan, Taiwan, Ukraine, COVID,

Puppies are so cute, and make good photo ops. So what happens to old faithful,  his old dog?

The Hill

"Bidens welcome new puppy".

"“After consulting with dog trainers, animal behaviorists, and veterinarians, the First Family has decided to follow the experts’ collective recommendation that it would be safest for Major to live in a quieter environment with family friends,” LaRosa said. “This is not in reaction to any new or specific incident, but rather a decision reached after several months of deliberation as a family and discussions with experts.”

Lol

It's easy enough the get your mates/employees to film you advocating one thing before turning the cameras off and doing the opposite. Phone records are harder to fake.

You introduced  our spies into the sub-thread  on Brennan when you equated his voting with:

"By the way , Philby, Burgess, McLean and may other "college kids" who supported communists in their youth did tremendous damage to Western Democracy, and were responsible for the deaths of many anti-communist informants, around the World."

You introduced the opinion that Brennan lied when you said:

"Wasn't the first time that John Brennan lied to Congress, and the American People." and went on about his voting.

about his voting to Congress and the American people.

I said that Trump supporters claimed he was a member of the Communist Party. Did I say you claimed that?

You're getting confused again.

Responding Magilla's post I posted a link from the Guardian, on the subject of Brennan's veracity.

The Guardian

"CIA director John Brennan lied to you and to the Senate. Fire him..."

https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2014/jul/31/cia-director-john-brennan-lied-senate

"Private apologies are not enough for a defender of torture, the architect of America’s drone program and the most talented liar in Washington. The nation’s top spy needs to go....

Plus: CIA admits to spying on Senate staffers...."

On the same subject (lying) I posted a link referring  to a CIA polygraph test where admitted voting for the Communist Party in 1976

CNN

"Polygraph panic: CIA director fretted his vote for communist"
https://edition.cnn.com/2016/09/15/politics/john-brennan-cia-communist-vote/index.html

You dissembled into:

"You have failed to establish a link between voting as a college kid being the same as lying to "...Congress, and the American People."

There WAS no link to "voting as a college kid". I never mentioned "voting as a college kid'. Those were your words.

But once YOU introduced the issue of "voting as a college kid".

I reminded you that your major UK Traitors, Philby, Burgess, and McLean were college kids, when they flirted with communism.

Wanna try again?

But keep it straight, fer chrissakes!

It doesn't matter. If his phone records show he was involved in plotting a coup, no amount of possibly fake alibi video will save him from that. That's why he's gone to court to try to prevent the subpoena.

He's got nothing to be worried about then. Makes you wonder why he's trying to prevent them being released though.

Because it will never stop. They can't make up an allegation with no evidence and then demand people's personal records. There has to be something first. Even a speech, video on the day or statements from others.

Trump has supplied over 1 million documents in relation to his alleged tax fraud. They still want more.
