Hi, 

 

I am planning to convert 3 bed semi into 4 bed small HMO on S13 (no licence required).

 

Has anyone completed such a project and advice me if I am missing anything from the below requirement list?:

 

- fire door in kitchen only

- smoke alarms 

- gas & electric certs

 

What else should I think about when converting into HMO?
