Car drivers want roads free of other road traffic including lorries, buses, cyclists and pedestrians yet complain when money is spent on removing lorries, buses, cyclists and pedestrians from the road in front of them. Car drivers complain when money is spent on improving roads they don't use. Car drivers fail to realise how poor their driving skills are that the road rules and infrastructure is needed for their protection. Car drivers, unlike professional drivers, often give up any sense of value, empathy or responsibility once they have purchased their car and readily blame others for not providing them with the world the adverts portray. All bus drivers...(adapt the paragraph above as appropriate)... All lorry drivers......(adapt the paragraph above as appropriate)... All cyclists......(adapt the paragraph above as appropriate)... All pedestrians......(adapt the paragraph above as appropriate)... Oh! But most important are the people that are and will live and work there, are they not entitled to a better environment? It is our responsibility to make all areas of our city better places to live and work in.
 Share this content via...
