Question About Blue Tits.

Two blue tits have started flying up and down,  ,and across ways, across my dining room window every day, as though trying to get in. I’ve never seen this happen before, as I’ve lived here for many years. I wonder if any bird lovers out there could explain to me why this is happening ?

Interesting behaviour.

Are they reacting to reflections? 

It is nesting/pairing season and all birds are getting a bit territorial

could be they are seeing off another pair?

There may be tiny spiders or insects in the corners of the windows that they're picking off.  We have one that does something similar.
