firstly a top director of football,then a top manager regardless of cost  and full backing of the boss and leave it to them,this may cost,but at least its sensible,also sign top players on loan,nobody bought without a full 6-12 months trial,this will cover skills and injurys ,so we know exactly what we are buying.

Chansiri can't, or won't leave it to them. He deals with his number two, who mentions it to numbers 3, 4 and 5. They then report back to Chansiri, who tells them to ignore his number 2. They then sleep on it, throw a box of Scrabble up in the air, and when the first 10 letters are put face up, they try to find a Manager with a name similar to those letters. Xatthirgca came up with nothing on Sunday. Yvkdeesbfip brought similar results on Monday. Mrluhukay came up on Tuesday. (These went straight back in the box) Ngefsynklp came up on Wednesday...... no joy. Chamziri came up on Thursday. Ooerr!  Back in the box. Zbgjystren surfaced on Friday. Tried Norway, but no luck. Jokanovich came out on Saturday, but by then, the Plebs had had enough,  didn't follow it through, and went to the pub.  Apparently, a 3rd Division Manager in Poland, Zylrzzngxh is brickin' it! 😆 😆
