Grahamfff   10 #1 Posted February 22, 2021 Hi  The wireless keyboard on a friend's Windows PC has suddently stopped working. I changed the battery and still the Pc would not recognise it. I also tried a different keyboard with the same result.  A wireless mouse IS working, however.  Any ideas how to resolve this?  Thanks
 Share this content via...
Jomie   30 #2 Posted February 22, 2021 It might help to switch everything off that is using Bluetooth and then try to connect. Perhaps updating drivers might help.
 Share this content via...
swarfendor437 Â Â 14 #3 Posted February 22, 2021 Is it really Bluetooth? I have a Cherry Keyboard with a transmitter but it is RF - bluetooth tends to be for Macs (the keyboard has a switch to change mode from RF (Windows/Linux) to Bluetooth (Mac). Unless of course it is definitely a Bluetooth keyboard. Has your friend tried System Restore to an earlier time when the keyboard did work? (Difficult to do I appreciate with no working keyboard). Do you or they have access to a USB keyboard?
 Share this content via...
Ricksy   0 #4 Posted February 24, 2021 Maybe the issue could be in the driver's update. As a variant, check it
 Share this content via...
