Ive got it downstairs in my h ouse, and Im as far away from being a chav as its possible to get. Great fun to watch the cat skidding about on it though :D

I would say its very popular and practical but not totally 'chav' just yet. I intend to have floorboards in some of the rooms of my house.. with a nice big persian rug over it.. hang on, is that chav?

The only reason chavs like the laminate flooring is that when Jordan and Brittany have spilled the dinner on the floor its easier to clean up!! :hihi:

Also 'chavs' don't bother with the special underlay ... they just lay it right on top of the carpet :P

I'll soon be fitting it in the entrance hallway to our house.

Does anybody know where i can buy the burbery trim to finish it off?

I'm doing the same. My idea is that if I have different coloured planks it might look like burberry.

Laminate flooring (2005) = Lino (1985)

 

All fake, all ripped up/covered up 10 years later.

 

Not really chav related.
