Those girl bands of the 60s were brilliant.

I think most people of a 'certain age' will have a Supremes 'best of' or two in their collection. I've loads of their singles in the loft too.

One of those bands that even when they were singing 'down' songs, they sounded joyful.

 

I will definitely have to pick up her book, 'Dreamgirl: My Life As a Supreme'.
