There's no 'h' - same error in a 1970 Esso Road Atlas! 😉

Which transmitter are you using?

No idea but it would appear from the other responses and looking at the Freeview site  that these have been removed from wherever my transmitter is - hardly the end of the world but like most things it is annoying to loose something you have had but would not have missed if you had never had it

The transmitter you use governs the quality, reliability and number of channels you receive.

Changing the direction that the aerial is pointing in, could provide more choice.

Actually they have magically reappeared today with me doing nothing (apart from re tune)

All my Freeview HD channels vanished yesterday and, as yet, have not returned.

Anyone else seeing this?

Loosing some (say 10 or 15) appears to be a regular problem and usually if you retune the next day they come back.

i have however never lost them all (yet!)

The transmitter at Emley Moor is being upgraded and has been closed for 4 years.

A temporary, weaker,  transmitter has been used in its place.

Here are are some photographs from YorkshireLive showing the protective casing being placed around the new array in June. The work should now be done and a stronger signal is available.

I am no engineer but 4 years sounds a long time to do an upgrade

The Kamov KA32 on the link provided by Annie B is certainly an unusual looking helicopter.
