apelike   10 #2 Posted February 2, 2021 (edited) Not sure which model you have but it could be a number of reasons why it wont work. Is it formatted to FAT 32 as some will not work with any other format. Is it MBR as GPT wont work either.  But.. you could try looking on YouTube. I found this one but its for a Vigor2130 which may help you.    You will also have to configure windows to share it otherwise I believe it wont be seen.  If you have a mobile phone then you could try and use its file manager to see it it can pick it up.
