beemerchez   10 #233 Posted June 27, 2011 (edited) family called mundays lived in one ,there dad worked for rail way  valerie munday was a very good friend of mine they was back to back houses  if I remember rightly as you walked down the slope to the cottages they was houses on your right and left I Think valerie lived about the second block down at the back facing the railway lines her mum also worked on the railway  June Lawson (also a forumer on here) her and her family also lived in the cottages I used to go to school with her. as you walked down the slope facing you was the biscuit factory.  carry on up broughton lane passed the cottages you came to the canal  Do you all remember the biscuit factory.
