Thompson Hill, High Green ?

Hi everyone,

 

I've read through pretty much all of the previous posts about High Green as an area, but they all seem to be quite old now.

 

I grew up on the estate behind High Green Primary and have always liked the area and thought fondly of it.

 

It's been a long time since I lived there now, and I was only a child. We've seen a property we like in High Green on Thompson Hill around where the Rose Inn pub is? It looks like it could potentially be inbetween a really nice spot and a slightly rougher patch (based on what I have read from other posts in this forum), so just wondered opinions from people who are from this area please?
