I'm trying to design some mugs, but I am unable to get the mug to rotate to the right of the main page (I will add a photo so you understand where I mean). Is there anyone who could offer advice to know where I am going wrong please? I've tried speaking to the software developers, but they've just asked if I have the latest DX download on the PC. Possibly Crippleware, which is usually distributed Free, to give users a taster before buying the fully functional version?  If you have purchased this software you may need to enter a code usually sent via email?
