In our case, the bottom few tiles look a bit like the take-off ramp on an aircraft carrier - there's a very slight incline, hence the water "flying" off and missing the guttering completely.

Reading what you said about them being reputable you got to get em back might have a new comer with them so they want telling as they will want to clear it up let us know how you get on mate

No. Couple of roofers clambering around the scaffolding for a few days, and then the gutter boys turned up a few days later.

Notified them with description of problem and a few photo's as well, but it was Friday afternoon, so....

We'll see what reaction we get, maybe tomorrow...but it is Xmas week, so...?

 

Edit : just looked on their website. Closed until January.
