philip glenn 10 #1 Posted December 13, 2020 (edited) Does anybody remember families squatting on the old Army gun site in the 50's? My parents squatted there until she moved to Damer Street next to the children's hospital. Her name was Doris Hammond (Hobson maiden name). My father (died in 1952) was called Philip Henry Hammond, and had been in the Duke of Wellingtons Regiment during WW2.
