Monk Sacked

Recommended Posts

There is talk of Laszlo Balint, never heard of him https://www.examinerlive.co.uk/sport/football/news/sheffield-wednesday-laszlo-balint-monk-19261324 and also talk of Ryan Lowe. Thought a certain Benito Carbone might have been putting his name in the papers saying he wanted the job by now.

Pulis currently 1/4. How depressing. An old codger who wants one more payday. Give it to Ryan Lowe and hope for the best.

Lowe would be cheeper , plays better football and would have more of the fans onside.

Garry Monk has said he's disappointed to be sacked, having met the target of overturning the negative points tally by the November international break.

Erm ... think you said that before the 6 point reduction of the punishment, Garry.

Have you thought of being a politician?  Maybe in Bozza's Ministry of my Truth?  World beaters, etc?

Sheffield Star are running a story online about links with Sven Goran Ericksson?  He's not in work at the moment.

Though it us The Star that's running the story?   They've probably just done an internet search to see which managers aren't working at the moment, just to run a story?

Had taken serious issue with Mr Monk excluding some of our best players from the Starting 11.  As a Racer, obsessed with Winning Races, i know you have to use the best you have in order to Win.

I Will, as always, hope for an inspired appointment.

Welcome back Carlos, all is Forgiven.

Of all the out of work managers available in europe, Pullis must be be the dullest of all, absolutely awfull to watch, dour tactics, lots of free kicks, corners and throw ins.

If the fanbase wanted proof hes lost interest, there it is,the most uninspiring candidate on this list,Stoke fans reckon it took them 5 years to recover from his signings and ethos, its says much the same on the WBA forums

leeds got there man and nobody really had heard of him,but whoever gets the job has a sort of excuse as our management want a 1st or 2nd promotion position asap, but they know that when they sign up,so can easy say i thought i could do it,fail and take our dosh and move on,whats wrong with big sam,at least hes honest and down to earth.

Don’t mind Pulis, demands effort on commitment. Did well at Stoke and is an experienced manager.  Good if he can get Meggo back, hopefully this we’ll get the club some identity and self respect back.

Don't know much about Cook but has a lot of support and apparently his record's good.
