Baron99 795 #6 Posted November 8, 2020 (edited) Just watched the programme on iPlayer. Really good documentary. When you hear the stories of what Frank Gardner & the other 2 blokes featured have gone through injury wise, what they've had to endure to get to the points where they are now & how it's impacted not only on their lives but also those around them, it's incredible that they are so pragmatic about their lives. When I see the routine Gardner has to put himself through, just to main his current health & have any semblance of a 'normal' life, I must remember him & have a word with myself the next time I'm having a moan & whinging about a bit of an ache, here & there.
