Brooker11 Â Â 10 #18 Posted November 3, 2020 A good performance against a very good Bournemouth side, a result like this makes a mockery of the three previous games.
 Share this content via...
NERVY-OWL Â Â 192 #19 Posted November 4, 2020 Knew we'd end getting something from this, it's the Wednesday way. Abit lucky with the penalty decision I felt but a much needed 3 points. Seemed like we created a few chances but not finished them. We'll see how the Millwall game goes, probably be crashing back down to earth there. They need to improve the supply and get people working in the final third. A win with a penalty? OK, it's 3 points but Wednesday need to create more. The defence should be good enough to compete although I hear Flint needs an operation. Keeping Luongo fit could be key and that in itself is going to be a challenge. Good 3 points though, fair play to them all, they certainly worked for it. Yes it is poor when the first shot on goal was the penalty after 71 minutes. Why not tell them if they can see the goal then have a shot at it unless someone is in a better position. If you don't shoot you don't get goals. staninoodle   173 #23 Posted November 4, 2020 Best side won on that night,as unlikely as it might have seemed beforehand Wednesday turned in solid performance and with a little more composure might have been well ahead at half time, decent chances for Reach,Kachunga,Palmer and a free kick from Windass all went very close,Odubajo just couldnt quite get on the end of a decent cross second half. Wednesday defended well and close down an unbeaten Bournemouth restricting them to a couple of attempts on goal the the keeper easily dealt with. Funny old game football!
