Any Places To Park Up And Enjoy A View Of The City From Your Car?

Recommended Posts

I've been looking for somewhere around sheffield where its possible to  stop and enjoy a view (either the city at night or anything else really) from your car had this idea planned with my s.o  just cant find any locations where you wont have to walk and can just sit in the car. Any ideas would be appreciated

I know it's not glamorous but the view from the Norfolk Park area over the city is great.

Top of Shrewsbury Road for a great view of the city centre.

Or looking down from the top end of East Bank Road.

For an elevated close-up view of the city, one of the best is from the viewing platform near the heli-pad above the ski slope, unfortunately not directly accessible by car.

On Pitsmoor Rd opposite where the flats used to be! Up from the railway bridge

You can view most of Sheffield, including several Cranes around the area.
