A new store for Fitzalan Square.  It'll certainly brighten the area up & least it's not another mini supermarket run by one of the big store owners or cheap takeaway.

I hope Fitzalan Square gets the right balance of good retail and catering outlets and the whole area is a success.

Looking good round there now, although there are still quite a few street drinkers and (fairly open) drug dealing still going on in the corners.  Hopefully, with more footfall from the public, this will fizzle out.  Who am I kidding, it will move elsewhere!
