hoteldave   10 #1 Posted October 14, 2020 Hi, I have a mercury Prism. It seems to have slowed down somewhat. Wont pull up inclines etc. Battery is reading over 25v, however the reading at the motor end is only reading 21.8v is this why its slow because its not getting full voltage??  Hoping its not the controller.  Could it be the speed pot or even the wigwag?
