Trying To Find An Old Chocolate

Recommended Posts

I've been trying to describe to my partner for ages a chocolate  used to see in shops when I was younger, but I can't find it online to show her....help!

Pretty sure they were called "Pud" or "puds"
About the size of a creme egg but round, foil wrapped and they were in two halves when opened.

I think you are talking about "Cadbury's Creme Eggs".  Now they are one whole egg, but I think they started off as 2 halves.  A company is trying to setup doing a Vegan version - but the image on its site may be of interest:

I remember selling them in my shop. Cadbury’s did them for a very short period round Christmas.

Spira was a bit like a Twirl I think.

Sorry not looked at the links.

Maybe they give you similar information.

Spiras were more hollow that Twirls; a bit like the centre of my snowflake avatar.  Twirls are/were more like flakes but covered in chocolate.
