Are there any florists out there willing to teach me without pay.

I'll do all the cleaning and other jobs in return.

I'm not looking to set up in competition, Its something I've always wanted to learn.

College courses only run in my working hours, so that's not an option.

This could be an overshot but you could try contacting these guys, they are holding a bunch of workshops and maybe they will be willing to help you
