Good to know, for the minute I contacted the seller who has re-posted another, though I doubt I'll get it before Xmas now...

Yeah, you have to just keep trying and trying, it's very frustrating.

Longest I spent on hold was about 53 minutes.

My special delivery arrived 3 days late. Still waiting for another outstanding package, must be 10 days now.

I have a delivery outstanding posted 11th Dec and the only information given by the tracking number is that it was handed in to a post office on that date.

Still fingers crossed that it might arrive soon as it’s a Christmas gift

I feel sorry for the postmen and women. My friends son works for RM and he's having to work double shifts and still not managing to get everything delivered. Like everyone else they're struggling with absenteeism caused by the virus. It must be very frustrating for people waiting for parcels but it's just another thing we've got to accept in these uncertain times. This year I'm giving my postman a tip as a thank for all their hard work.

ALSO: Parcelforce is owned by Royal Mail.

YET PF cannot deliver to a PO Box held at at an RM Sorting Office!

Different depots I'd guess. I wouldn't think that they'd collect from a RM sorting office, just from post offices then straight to a PF depot.

I posted a parcel last Friday by parcelforce  ( Barnsley to Leicestershire )  and it arrived today Tuesday. Only took 4 days.   So I say ........ well done Parcelforce and thank you.

I had a card delivered yesterday. The postmark was dated 17th December (Plymouth and Cornwall). The sender lives in Dronfield...

I hope someone's not been overdosing on the pasties.
