clearly a very strange bloke, does he post on here?  he'd fit right in lol

 

not sure why they need a freezer for chocolate fondant, they aren't hard to make, especially with a bit of practice and there are easier alternative recipies around. I guess it's all chef mike these days

Regarding mobiles?  As far as I know he's not banned mobiles from his pubs, (looking at them & texting), just banned customers  in his pubs from bawling into them at the top of their voices, "I'm in the Brown Bear.  Brown Bear.  I SAID BROWWWWN. BEAAAAAAR!" 

 

But don't we love an eccentric in this country?  Remember the temporary bridge dispute a few years ago in Tadcaster, when the old bridge was washed away in the floods? 

 

Just Google his name & check out his available Twitter feed.  There are some great comments on how he views his customer base & life in general.

 

He'd also fit right in posting on SF.
