Blue Small Blobs Which Appear On My Posts

If I try and post more appear, anyone know how to get rid of them?

Where on the posts do they appear, and when?

They appear on the topic title and when I put the cursor on to post more appear above the title, they are almost square-shaped

I'm still confused - are you talking of when you are on the list of posts/in the reply box or where?

(I do wish this forum would allow screenshots to be posted, a picture would explain it easily)
