Nonsense. Get back to your knitting.

No reasoned argument or evidence to support your case?

I think your response rather proves my point

I think there are number of positive moves. Yvette Cooper shadowing Patel will be interesting, as Cooper has built up a good reputation in her role as chair of the Home Affairs Select Committee. David Lammy has been promoted to shadow Foreign Affairs is a vote of confidence in him. Lisa Nandy's move to the 'levelling up' dept is a positive one, as she has a background in research in this area. Surprised at Emily Thornberry's demotion, as she is seen by parliamentary commentators as very effective at the dispatch box.

Its a shame they  have sacked Emily

Which is ironic because Tory supporters on here spend most of their time attacking the Labour Party, even though they're in opposition, yet have nothing positive to say about their own government or its policies - it's just general negativity towards the other side, yet no critical evaluation of Tory policies.

I think you'll find on the Labour thread that when Labour was in government plenty of its own supporters were critical when its government were in power when they thought they were wrong, and presenting alternative policies or solutions that were more positive.

Does Sheffield forum go back that far ??????

and I bet the criticism was from socialists who didn’t believe that the Blair/Brown era represented ‘true’ Labour

Sorry but im calling this out. The Labour party thread (first one) started in 2014 . A Labour PM was a distant memory by then

Boris hasn't got a well documented leg to stand on.

But he still manages to thrash Keir Starmer at prime ministers questions. It's not what Boris says, (which is nonsense) it's the way he says it: With power and conviction.

Is learning to lie this well something you learn at Eton?

Tories are greedy people and learn to lie at an early age, Labour types not so much. But ambitious people tell lies, so that is most MPs.

I’m a Tory . I’m not greedy and don’t lie .
