The Labour Party - Part 2

Recommended Posts

Seems people haven't forgotten about the way Labour went against brexit and fail to see what the majority want and revert to name calling calling people thick and stupid is a sure fire way to loose your votes

No dummy here, I couldnt give a shiny toss about politics, just curious as to why a general politics thread has found its way into the Sheffield News and Discussions section of the forum?

Is is not discussion are we not discussing or would you rather it be hidden away so labour can continue in their denial

And the labour losses are news as well

You missed the bit where I said I dont give a toss about politics.

It is NOT a Sheffield discussion, it is a General discussion and I have asked for it to be moved.

No hiding stuff away but the forum introduced party discussion megathreads (and ones for Brexit, Trump, etc.) so those not interested in politics wouldn't complain about having to wade past yet more political threads to get at the ones they were interested in.

Are your points really distinctive and important enough that they warrant starting a new thread rather than putting them in the Labour Party megathread?

I didn't expect to see the best female singer of all time cited in these posts!

Why is Britney being invoked?

I do agree that even she couldn't have saved Labour from an electoral mauling......

How on earth are you supposed to find anything in the megga threads they are designed to loose things away how many pages! Each issue should have its own thread how in earth ate you supposed to find topics if Sheffield forum is to move forward thdy need to re evaluate how things are listed instead of bulking it together why not have a labour, Con, Lib, green pages with the individual threads listed on the ut anyway bk on topic is curtains for labour they have suffered big losses today big news!

Everything happens 'today' at some point, that doesn't means everything deserves it's own thread.

There's already a May 6th 2021 Elections thread if you think your point needs to be more topical than the general Labour Party thread.

Having separate topics/pages for each political party might be a better solution. Sticking posts about a politics in the general topics will swamp the forum and discourage people who aren't interested in politics from using it.
