so, since the anti-semitism thread is closed, i wanted to go back to the labour anti-semitism allegations and mention my current experience of socialist anti-semitism on facebook, hes been showing those sort of colours, along with loads of conspiracy theory memes etc.

but he just replied with the following, the exact same right wing stereotype that is decades if not 100s of years old. its EXACTLY how i said it would happen previously, socialists going more extreme down the anti capitalist route.

 

 Hitler got power, because he was backed by the right people (Jewish money, ironically. Oopsy, shoot me down for saying an antisemitic) . When you are groomed by the "right people" for authorative government, then you are then elevated in the Media..the elite of Germany had grand plans for Adolf, only Adolf had different ideas and a much grandeoise plan...moral of the story.. Labour's Barry Sheerman has now issued an apology for alleged, anti-Semitic tweet regarding the recent House of Lords appointees, who in his opinion missed out on peerages?

He couldn't just apologise but in explaining in detail his thought process for his tweet, he's actually made himself look more stupid, which is ironic, as in his words he was trying to be 'Clever. '

just like Corbyn deleting his praise for Wiley for supporting labour in the past, now it looks like he has something to hide regarding anti-semitism, if he just left it and maybe even left a message detailing that he doesnt endorse anti-semitism? its not rocket science fgs

Shadow Education Sec, Kate Green states, referring to the COVID-19 pandemic, that has killed over 40,000 in the UK alone, that Labour should not "Let a good crisis go to waste.".   Charming!

Just heard Lisa Nandy, speaking on LBC radio, mildly rebuking Green for the comments but sadly trotting out the tired old line that, the comments should be taken in context.  Hmmm? 

Go tell that to the 40,000 still mourning their loved ones, including those who lost family members working in front line services.

See that Shadow Education Sec, Kate Green, has finally been shamed into apologising this morning for her crass comment made last week that Labour should not "Let a good crisis go to waste."

 

She now realises her comments have caused offence & were stupid.  Only took her a week for that penny to drop.  What an idiot.

Wouldn't it be nice if political parties were decent and honest, able to function properly and get on with what they're  supposed to do like running the country or forming a genuine opposition, rather than stabbing each other in the back, and being diverted into avoiding tittle tattle and defending their reputations.

Of course Corbyn tried it, and look what happened to him...

Corbyn tried what??

 

He was one of the worst for that sort of behaviour.   Petty squabbles, exageration, stubbornness, unwilling to compromise or concede.   He made a backbench career for 30+ years of going against the grain and troublemaking.   He still hasn't learnt to this day as is shown by his pot stirring and commending those who go against the new leader. 

 

"What happened to him" as you say, was well deserved.  Good riddance.   Unfit for the job, polarised the electorate, worst defeat in decades - stop trying to pretend he was anything else.

A bit like watching Labour's, York MP, Rachael Maskell being interviewed on Look North tonight. 

 

She was asked for her views on the impromptu street parties which took place in central York over the weekend after the pubs closed at 10pm, following concerns raised by her constituents. 

 

Shown a video of large groups out on the streets, absolutely no social-distancing & very few with face coverings, then asked her opinion of the incident, was their any condemnation of those on the streets?  Of course not.  Their reckless actions were of course the fault of the Govt.
