Lost Road - Keswick Road Or Keswick Lane?

I was reminiscing with my brother and we talked about Troutbeck Road and our different childhoods (he is 15 years older than me) He recalls a group of 7 or 8 houses at the bottom of the road that were slowly bought up by Jacob-Guylees and then demolished to create a car park.  He seems to remember the road was called Keswick Road or Keswick Lane. I have no recollection of these houses. Can anyone tell us the name of that road?
