Arrow/Cursor Key Bug. Sticks!

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Some times when typing a reply on the forum, if I make a mistake and try to use the Cursor key (left arrow) to move back a few letters to correct it, the cursor is none-functioning.

It just seems to happen randomly, some times it'll work fine and not do it, then some times it'll just not move the cursor, and i'll have to use the mouse.

Only noticed on this site, never noticed it on any others
Arrow key works perfectly else-where (even as soon as I notice it not working here, i'll try somewhere else)

Another 'SF' only key bug, then. I often 'tag' posters when replying, and possibly one time in five, the space bar press just jams the whole reply box. The only way out is to use the 'back one page button' on the top toolbar.

Can you both confirm which browser you are using?

In my case, the default is Firefox 78.0.2 64bit, but the same behaviour has been seen  in IE and Pale Moon.
