What is the answer then. ?

It’s the same answer as for everyone else.

Encourage people to get tested.

Support them properly if they test positive and have to isolate.

Accept that some people won’t cooperate, but try to minimise that.

Don’t discriminate against any particular group.

Let them go home whether they have a test or not.  It’s up to them.

Easy!  In this pandemic disciplin should be enforced,  Students should  be told to  get tested no ifs or buts, just get it done,  as we all  know by now , not for just their own protection  but to protect others aswell ,  seriously! Is it asking too much.  Who ever disagrees with post must be just plain selfish, its a no brainer.

When's your test appointment? No leaving the house before then.

Why the use of sarcasm, daft hyperbole and childish emojis?

Did I suggest all those other things as well?

As you’ll know, Presley, there’s mass testing being carried out in Liverpool at the moment. The half-million population are being offered the tests. They aren’t compulsory. Do you think they should be?

By the way, there are over 2 million students in the UK, four times the population of Liverpool.

Does that mean you never need to be tested again?

So just to be absolutely clear - what you are suggesting is that students should be forced to get a test or if they fail to do so, they will be held against their will in the university grounds debarred from leaving to travel home or elsewhere.  Right?

Have you actually considered the small legal, moral and human rights complications arising from such actions.
